Russian Police has identified two potential suicide bombers and have arrested two alleged accomplices in the attacks that took place last December in the city of Volgograd, as reported by the Russian news agency RIA Novosti .
The National Counterterrorism Committee has identified the two suicide bombers as Asker Samedov and Suleiman Magomedov, both members of what they termed as 'group Buinaksk' (a town located in the southern republic of Dagestan, one of the venues of Jamaat Shariat group, which was renamed Vilayat Dagestan).
The authorities have also arrested two alleged accomplices, brothers from Dagestan, which may have helped the terrorists to travel to Volgograd. They are currently being questioned by investigators, according to the Anti-Terrorism Committee.

The two suicide bombings took place in December 2013 in a train station and a trolleybus Volgograd and took the lives of 34 people. The Islamist group claimed responsibility Vilayat Dagestan 20 January responsibility for the two attacks.

One of the above matches the individual identified by the Russian police.
